Cancellation Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
For purposes of this Cancellation Policy, “we” or “our” refers to London Screed Company Limited, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.

By engaging us to provide products to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

2. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel, within 24 hours after placing an order. To exercise the right to cancellation, you may notify us of your decision to cancel through our email or phone address.

Refunds cannot be issued until the request for a cancellation has been received within the stipulated 24 hours time frame from the time you ordered. In addition to that London Screed Company Limited, will only allow a cancellation and issue a refund in the event we deem the request is justified and within the stipulated timeframe. London Screed Company Limited will not allow a cancellation and/or refund in the event the cancellation request is made 24 hours after you have placed an order.

3. SEVERABILITY
In the event any provision or part of this Cancellation Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Cancellation Policy, will be inoperative.

4. GOVERNING LAW
This Cancellation Policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, and the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless London Screed Company Limited from and against all claims, demands, suits, actions, expenses, judgments, obligations, damages, charges, losses and liabilities, deficiencies, actions, judgments, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind (including without limitation the fees and expenses for attorneys, expert witnesses and consultants) that may be imposed upon, incurred by or asserted against arising out of or resulting from this Cancellation Policy.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
